Than read the Eweka Usenet Posting Rules on the forum before you will post your question.
The Eweka forum is not intentional as a support forum; it offers no support from Eweka employees, but from the moderators and the users of the forum. They are not employees of Eweka. If the moderators diagnose a serious issue, they will escalate them to the employees at Eweka.
