Q: How will I become eligible for the Loyalty Bonus program?
A: Pay for or already have in your account more than 90 days of access credit and you'll be able to boost your access speed from 50 Mbps to 100 Mbps. Refer to this guide for more information.

Q: What if I already have more than 90 days of credits in my account? Do I qualify?
A: Yes! As long as you have more than 90 days of credits in your account on or after August 29 2011 you automatically become eligible.

Q: I have been a loyal customer for many years, yet I pay every month automatically. Do I qualify?
A: While we appreciate your business, this special is only given for customers who have more than 90 days of credits in their account to trigger the bonus. Please manually "top-off" your account to have more than 90 days of credits to qualify. Once it's been activated you no longer need to keep a high balance, just keep your account active.

Q: What will the speed difference be?
A: Eweka's standard speed is 50 MB/s and the high speed access will be at 100 MB/s. Please check your connection speed to see if you can take advantage of the higher speeds.

Q: I'm eligible for the high speed Loyalty Bonus program, how do I activate it?
A: Simply log into your account and activate the high speed bonus.

Q: How do I know how many days I have left on my account?
A: You can check this by logging into My Eweka.

Q: I just paid for 90 days am I eligible for the Loyalty Bonus program?
A: If your account balance is above 90 days you've qualified. All you need to do to stay active in the program is to keep your account active.

Q: I used to be a member of the Loyalty Bonus program but I've accidentally let my account run out of credits. Will the high speed bonus continue once I put additional credits into my account?
A: Because you've let your bonus run out you will need to reactivate the program with a 90 day allotment of Eweka credits. Unfortunately any amount under this will not reactivate the Loyalty Bonus program.
